Our Mission
HTOA is committed to delivering inclusive and lifesaving health, psychosocial, vocational, shelter, and emergency relief services across Afghanistan. We work to protect and empower the most vulnerable populations, ensuring dignity, access, and resilience through community-based and rights-driven approaches.
