HTOA
Health and Treatment Organization for Afghans (HTOA) is an independent, non-profit, and non-political organization officially registered with the Ministry of Economy of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan under registration number 6161, with its main office located in Herat Province. Since its establishment in 2025, the organization has been dedicated to fostering positive change.
